- Spatial Resolution
- The spatial resolution is based on river reaches defined to have constant physical characteristics. Each reach can be subdivided into elements over which computations are executed.
- Temporal Resolution
- Each defined model element is assumed to operate at steady state and the time step is based on the time it takes flow to move through a segment.

- Outputs include water quality characteristics.
